PRO-TECT STAFF BRAVERY AWARD
Pro-tect UK security employees Alan Dundas, Andy Jesmond and Owen Mosley receive their bravery awards including £150 from public funds in a ceremony at Carlisle Crown Court yesterday. from Robin Burgess, the High Sherriff of Cumbria.

The Carlisle, Cumbria door supervisors received the awards for tackling a knifeman in the Carlisle city centre while working at Walkabout on Botchergate, were praised by Judge Paul Batty, who said: “These men showed bravery of the highest order. They showed no thought for their own safety and were responsible for bringing a man to justice.
